Toyota tundra dash lights flashing. Just posting this video to answer the problem. This is 100 percent repeatable as long as the dash is not below 40 degrees f. It took care of the problem for about 5m.

ALL lights stay off till I hit exactly 20mph. The first time this happened the cruise was set at 65 when all four lights. Only way to engage my 4W is to shut the truck same with disengaging 4W.
