2006 Toyota Tundra Frame Rust Recall

Discovered a lg rust hole on frame and contacted Toyota dealer that informed me of recall but expired date. When I asked about what they do about parts they can not get off the frame what happens then. I have been looking for any recall for this Make Model and Year but have not found one.
