2006 Toyota Tundra Frame Recall

I have 2006 Tundra Crew Cab with 24000 mile that failed the frame test.

2006 toyota tundra frame recall. Lexus numbers for this recall are JLI JLJ and JLK. Is it covered under a different recall. Includes 2005 to 2008 Sequoia vehicles but still leaves us without an official recall.

Toyota Motor Engineering Manufacturing Toyota is recalling certain 2010-2016 4Runner 2003-2006 Tundra. I was told I would have to take this up with Toyota. The vehicle was taken to boch Toyota norwood.

I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab 4door and the shop doing my service 9 7 2018 noticed severe rust on two spots of my frame about 18 in front of the rear tires on both sides. 7 Nov 17 2016. I had it inspected for the recall in 2012 and was told it passed inspection now it is completely rusted through in multiple places cross member is cracked cannot support spare tire much less the rest of the vehicle safely.

I purchased a 2006 Tundra SR5 in 2016 and was never told about frame recall. There was a recall for the rusted frame but not the bed. Slide 1 of 4.
