2001 Toyota Tundra Wont Shift Out Of Park

When I first got my Taco and brought it back to life it wouldnt shift out of park unless I pressed that little button on top of the steering column.

You can over-ride it by prying off the little rectangular plastic square by the base of the shifter and pressing down into the hole with a small screwdriver key pen or what ever is handy and shifting the car out of park at the same time. When trying to boost truck hooked up cables wrong so I checked and changed all blown fuses from fuse panel 1 now the truck starts but I have no power to inside fuse panel and no lights or power inside cab along with not coming out. If you cant get a 12v car battery to the vehicle or the battery in it is completely dead hook up a 9v to the leads and that should give you enough voltage to shift the column. I have replaced the Intergration relay 82641-0c030 Fusible link relay 82620-0C020 and the two brake relays. It is an intermittent issue sometimes it will go away for a few days only to return for a few days.
