2001 Toyota Tundra 4.7 Mpg

I do love my Tundra but there are some issues with it.

2001 toyota tundra 4.7 mpg. To date I have 200000 miles plus on my Tundra. Easy driving with the gas pedal as well. On several 400 - 500 mile trips with mostly interstate driving I get 17 MPG or maybe a little more with my 2002 47 Limited.

Discussion Starter 1 Mar 15 2008. Got the 34L V6 version and like the extra 3-4 MPG over the V8 but its underpowered for the size of the truck. My dad just recently bought a used 2001 tundra limited access cab V8.
