06 Toyota Tundra Making Vacum Noise

Hello I have a 2005 Toyota Sequoia that has been making a real loud vacuum sound at the first start only. A new improved tensioner pulley and drive belt were used. I happens when I astart the vehicle.

06 toyota tundra making vacum noise. Strange noise after shutting off truck. I will post up a new pic soon just wanted to get this out there. And sometimes it will make the noise right away and sometimes it will be up to 5-10 seconds later after I have come to a stop.
